got a wicked deal on a lock rite locker onlt used a short time still had box and manuals and even the plastic bad the pins came in lol so couldnt pass it up so removed the welded side gears and installed a richmond locker in the camo xj today missed a few picks but got a few bye bye the finished product!!! works good road manners r much better the the fozzy lock Cheers Nick

Just watch it under hard acceleration, say powering on to the highway, when you let off the gas it can unload and give the back end a real kick.

I've been wheeling these lockers for 7 or 8 years and they are great for the average wheeler especially considering the price point. The only issue I've seen to date is the pin holes wallow themselves and slowly get bigger. What ends up happening is either the pins break OR under a heavy foot the locker explodes, I've seen both cases out of a dozen or so rigs using them. That being said I'll continue to use them. It was in the back of my XJ for the last three years,and I flogged on it good with 33's.No sign of any wear in the pins and hole's.Have another one in my new axle. It will serve you well Nick.... Cheers bud
