I recently purchased an 8274 warn winch. It came with a home made remote (factory end to plug in to the winch and a toggle switch to activate). With an 1-1/2 ABS permanate test cap, coupling, dishwasher bushing and a 1/2 pex npt male adaptor for fittings and silicone and electrical tape it is now water resistant. Next step get the winch mounted on my Jeep
