Getting after that V8 sooner than later eh? Let me know if you need anything.
Too bad so sad to see the Tracker front frame rails go, I thought it was kinda neat they were still there. But they were pretty ugly too. lol
Good luck!

the frame was beyond ugly ..... building a new frame a bit narrower to clear the air shocks at full travel. and full 4 link, and motor change. ;D

another late night in the shop. jason dropped off a grill from allan and hood from himself this afternoon. so i started working on that. first thing was to take the old zuki hood off and put it in its permanent location on the shop wall. the hood jason gave me was off Tracey's old tj grill is from allan's tj8 project its a little wide ;D fixed it. cut 13" out of it its a 3 slot grill now... don't reall look like a tj anymore ;D a quick weld and its done then on to the hood 13" out of that too and a quick mock up.... prob going to cut the bottom 2" off the hood. but that will have to wait till there is a motor and tube work on it

i like the hood but not quite happy with the grill, the section work is good, it just looks stupid with only 3 slots and such big head lights.... maybe later on i'll see about getting a grill made that looks like a tj grill with 7 slots but down sized and with smaller headlights to make it look right... but for now this will work just fine

I did mine like that when I built my buggy. 3 Slots. Uploaded with ImageShack.usAnd depending on how you finish the front it all pretty much blends in....
