Thanks all! All mounted up So I'm at a low rider belly height of 16", lol, fawk. I think I only gained an inch or two; but the shovel is gone ;D First time out of the garage on the new shoes My fresh new heat score muffler Not as loud as Scotties Tucked up there When I first got the SYE in I noticed I couldn't get enough adjustment out of my lower arms to get the right pinion angle. So the obvious answer Thanks again Randy I managed to put my wheel base back about an inch compared to where it was; which puts me just over 93"

Glad you stuck with that tire and are going after the 'other things' that were holding that rig up. Its the most capable little frigger around. I think we had this conversation one time....needs a belly and LCA's to keep up with...anyone!
Looking forward to the good times!

I have rough country lowers and the uppers are Rubicon Express. I'm pretty sure the RC lowers could go shorter than stock... I ran the RC lowers with stock uppers for the past year. Got the RC's from Ray and the RE's from Randy.

Got the engine skid cut out on Friday. The laser still needs some fine tuning as there was still a fair bit of dross on the back side of the plate. We usually cut 18 to 24GA stainless so the operator doesn't have any experience with "thick" material. I decided to see how precise a cut the laser could make a cut Initial test fit Tacked together for another test fit After some grinding and some precision hammering. The gap in the skid plate was not necessary for my drive shaft droop, so I threw this plate on to stiffen it up a bit more. Ali stopped complaining about me spending so much time in the garage and decided to help out ;D She almost has the right safety gear on The full assembly; is it a mower deck or a Vulcan bird of prey? The 3D version done in Pro-E; all the dxfs were generated from this model. Mounted up. I had to take some of the material off the front lip to clear exhaust where it is still two pipes. Aside from the front mounting bolts it's fully flush. I'm gonna make up some "rock washers" to protect the front bolts this evening before I leave work. Also got my rear drive shaft finalized last nite. The first H-yolk was missing the groove for one of the retaining rings. I had it welded, but I figured if I had the time I should do the job right. Tonite is flex test run to make sure the engine skid isn't interfering anywhere. Then I have tomorrow off to finish any remaining items and maybe even clean the beast up.
