How does your hood attach to the fenders? I see some nuts where the stock latches are and what are the silver looking things on the front edge of the hood? Are those the new latches, kind of look like the ones they have on carbon fiber hoods for hot rods?

They are chrome nipples. Hood attaches with the clips through the hood like the old school racers. They did not have nipples.

What Len said I repainted the half hard top , to try and match the tonneau and wind jammer , not even close ! Tonneau and wind jammer don't match either So I kinda like the tan , so I'll be looking for a new matching pair , with wrap around roll bar wind jammer , then I'll paint the top to match I just need to find a Frig'N rad over flow bottle , then I am done ....... with the jeep that is

From a distance that would be pretty good camo the way it sits.
Up close a box of crayons ;D

What's the paint code for the top, 'Fat Gut'? ;D ;D ;D
The spice tonno (i give up spelling that word) looks cool on olive drab. It looks like a Desert Rat camo job. Top needs to go darker. Maybe try some of that fabric spray on the windjammer, I used black on some brown doors, it worked good.
scroll down a bit edit - bah! bad link. image search desert rats. WW2 North Africa paint scheme's used olive and sand combo's.
