Well I needed a new rear bumper for the old girl and decided to do one out of tube! Here we go well first things first remove the old one then started to lay out the tube. BTW its 2" 3/16" wall and add a spacer/strengthnig with a piece of 3" 3/16 figured out our set in depth and tacked it in place Then went to work on the bottom tube. figuring out where to make the wedge cut for the upward "MITRE"... Got it!! and here she is tack together.. more to come.. working on the mounting tonight!

cool jeep and nice work.........i was looking at your pics and noticed an old licence plate on your wall in your garage.....i'm not 100% sure, but did you find it somewhere between porters lake and parsbro? if not dis-regard this note....i started laughing...super weird if it is it!!
i am trying to find an old pic with the old plate.

Well we worked on it for the last three nights and today and got it together! here's the filler plate all welded in mount flanges in place bumper mounts built and mounted.. all 1/4" should be strong enough! bumper leveled and ready to tacked together tow points cut out.. Love the Plasma.. the double pitch fork left after! awesome cuts Trev! and mounted!! YEAH! Just a lot of grinding and paint left. Thanks to Trevor for His time and Glue stick thanks Buddy!
