your tub is in great shape. wish mine were that good with I was finishing up my rebuild. my tub almost fell in half, and I spent a full day trying to make the doors close again after tbe body buckled in the middle.
What little work you will have to do to clean that up is well worth your time.

Yes hawkes pic 4 is pretty ugly to say the least, its a nice solid little jeep, much better place to start then the last one I bought.By the time I got that one back together I was so sick of looking at it I had to get ride of it.
Thanks Dan,I was trying to find the best one I could within my budget.Still being able to lift it and buy tires.
The sand blasting was done last night and the outcome was what I thought, some pinholes in the drivers floor board.Nothing serious at all.A few hours with the welder and a pan should make it as good as new.
Will ad some pics tonight.

Here are a few more pics,it will show more about the earlier mentioned rust.I ordered a floor pan this morning, should have it tomorrow morning.I wasn't going to get that technical with this thing. But I figured the rest of the tub is as nice as it is,why not do it right and make it look as good asI know how. Here are a couple pf pictures.

All was smerfy until now lol. Its pretty minor really Dan,specially considering the last one of these I built. Hopefully the floor pan will be in today so I can get things cut up and fitted into place,I will just make a piece for the side panel. The thing I like about them is the flat/squareness.So very easy to do body work to.
If I get this much done by saturday so I can bedline sunday I will order my daystart kit from cvo monday. And have that in next week.
Might start driving it after that.

My advise is use Imageshack instead of Photobucket. Its faster. Easier. In my orinion. Look forward to seeing this project progress.

Thanks guys,I do like to do things rigt once, saves from ever doing it again. I buy all my panels from CB Hoare auto parts in New Glasgow, the panel is actually a pro auto body panel, since they have been selling these I have had great luck with them. Not at all like the usualy jap panels. They fit,and are nice and heavy.I am super happy with this one. It was $120 I can get you th epart number if you like. The make four panesl for the floor pans for them. I hope to get some etch on all of this tomorrow sometime so I can seam seal and boxline the floor this weekend. Then maybe get a night of next week from renos at home to do the needed body work on that rocker some night next week.

The 91 with 4.0 5 spd, looks so good in pics, and even decent in person. Once I dug into it,it was so rotten.
