If somebody won a million bucks it would be awesome to fly Bill and the Wolf down for Valley Crawl, see all what has changed, and get the Wolf back on her old stomping grounds.

It would be cool to see her back down here.I remember when we did the front,Bill flew me up for Easter weekend. When I walked into the garage I couldn't believe what I saw.Bill had the whole front cut off the buggy...lol.Three days later we had the front tube work, engine mounted, rad mounts in and had to do something with the front end.I forget now,all I remember is that we were busy...lol

I had no idea, Rue, that you were in with BillaVista. cool stuff I still remember when Bill, Chad and I met up and wheeled with Rue and the valley boys the first time. 1/4 elliptic front and rear and flexed like a slinky! Crazy stuff way back then!! How many years ago was that?? It wasn't called Wolf when Rue built it. I think it was Bill's son that gave it that name after the trade. I also remember what Rue did to Bill's old cherokee . I'm pretty sure it was Bill's old cherokee Maybe Rue can fill in the bad memory blanks... Lots of local history remembered by only a few

Anyone remember the pictures of the Wolf with spruce log suspension?

Yeah, he was just another guy fabbin' stuff! I bought some axles off him after he moved to Enfield, he was just getting going on Pirate4x4 then. Used to love watching the 'pre-publication' articles come up on RCC for us to find typo's. Pics of the Wolf out in White Juan here... www.pirate4x4.com/tech/billavista/PR-BV60/index6.htmlHhmm, it seems a lot of the more personal stuff and that funny 'dragging junk home' article are gone. That just since Vertical Scope?
