Great stuff Aaron!! Awesome upgrades, the Jeep's lookin fine man!!
As fer the sway bar, I dunno man, I ran no sway bar before the coilovers for years and had more body roll than a fat chick but I knew my Jeep but that isn't to say if a kid ran out in front of me I would have been able to avoid him. I actually had a bear run out in front of me on highway 10 at 80 kmph, I managed to stop but my Jeep did some fancy shit before it stopped, I got lucky :/
Cheers! Jeff

Great choice of upgrades.
I was not sure about the front locker in my rig for winter, but I love it. It handles good around town, and barely noticeable on highway.
Swaybars - I run a stock rear, always hooked up, and disco's on the front. I feel the vehicle handles way better with the front bars hooked up. Especially under avoidance maneuvers, heavy braking or swerving. It feels much safer.
I don't find the rear sway limits flex, just stops body roll. It's not very big, so I leave it on.

Tonight I wanted to remove the front bumper cause it is looking sad and the winch needs to be fixed. Solenoid acting up and needs replaced or flipped, cause it only acts up in forward, not reverse. Removed... I wanted to start the body lift tonight so I removed the old clutch fan (to be replaced by another electric fan, first one seized) and the shroud. Man there is a ton of space in the engine bay with the 4 cyl in there lol... The first bolt I tried to remove was the front grill bolt... Not going to plan at all. Bolt snapped of with realitive ease FFS! Now what is the best way to get the rest of that bolt out. Seams to be trapped in a sealed place in the lower front grill. I hope I don't need to try to drill thru 2" of bolt then retap. There must be an easier way? Let me know what to try to remove it. Aaron

When you put the tow hooks back on, switch them side for side. Then you won't have that hang-over.
did I make that little pushbar?

Creepy, when the tow hooks are switched (As I planned to have them) they are too close to the push bar and it is hateful trying to get a tow rope between the hooks and the push bar so I switched them.
I made the push bar and the winch plate with the tabs for the fairlead.
Any ideas on how to get the broken bolt out of the front grill? Does the rad need to come out to get at this bolt?

interesting predicament, i didn't understand why mine gave such a fight when they are only spec'd at 30ft/lbs, they must be lock tighted with hulk green lock tight. The bolts that came out looked pretty seedy, i guess the chicken dinner i bought for that homeless guy at Sobey's paid off!

pretty sure mine did the same thing when I pulled the YJ apart the last time. I took the grille out, cut out the block the bolt was in, and replaced it with a regular nut.

is part of its bolt is protruding from grill if it is i wood weld a nut on the bolt and turn it out or If you have enough of the bolt sticking out you can use a dremel or grinder to create two flat spots to get a better grip with Vice Grip i wood just move on and put the body lift in it and than move back to this

Chris, the bolt isn't sticking out any to do anything with it. I did move on and I got all the drivers side mounts out except the front tub mount.
Now I got to cut it up to get at it.

You could try using heat and get a reverse drill bit from E.Lynds Enterprise.
Drill into the bolt with the reverse bit and when it gets into the bolt it will hopefully grab and spin the bolt right out. That is how I have taken out broken hub bolts in the past.
One other thing Aaron, are you planning on changing your stock upper control arms in the front?? I would recommend swapping them out for some aftermarket ones before they break, it is common for them to break. Before I went to my RockKrawler long arms I had both of mine snap and leave me driving in reverse for over a kilometer to get it out of the trail. I have seen it happen to another friend as well.
Good luck man!!

Jeff, I am going to be changing front and rear uppers control arms out for adjustable, so I can tune in the pinion angles.
