Made this today for a TJ. It's all Chev 7/8" TRE's, Blazer on the left side with the hole for the drag link. The hole is originally for a steering stabilizer and has to be reamed out. Material is 1.25" 7075 T6 aluminum. TJ it's going into has a hp 44 with 30 knuckles I built, all the tapers are getting reamed out bigger. TRE on the right was so undersize on the threads we had to get another one. TRE have very poor quality control on the threads, can vary a lot even within one brand.

Looks great.
Too bad about the TRE, makes it look like a fella made a machining mistake. Most people assume the parts you buy in a store are always to spec.
