This would depend highly on the type of wheeling you do, where you wheel and who you wheel with!
COuld be as little as a socket set and a spare U joint. Or an entire chest of parts and tools.

Lets say light to just below moderate ( club runs and possibly a little more later), Nova Scotia, and probably with people way more experienced than I. So far I'm going to go with; socket set socket big enough to do an axle change (35/36mm) wrenches screwdrivers BFH slightly smaller hammer vise grips channel locks breaker bar ratchet straps "Shaun in a can" leatherman tool

Some brake fluid is handy too. Snapping a brake line can happen fairly easy and you might be able to pinch off the line but you might not notice until you've lost a fair amount of fluid.

I carry a couple valve stems, since I have done this I have not torn one off since-lol.
Use the high lift to break the bead and slip the new stem in and re inflate.
Of course you "could" simply put your spare on but that's taking the easy way out!

A large bolt and nut with thick washers to hold wheelbearing together when you break the axle stub. Washers must be bigger than diameter of the axle. Wheel bearing falls apart unless there is pressure from both sides which the axle would normally do if it were still there

Place tire and rim under bumper of jeep line up base of jack with edge of rim where tire mounts and place jack under bumper where it wont slip. Jack the jack using weight of jeep( front of jeep is best "more weight") till bead pops, rotate rim 1/4 turn if bead doesn't let go on first try and try again. Once it goes flip tire and rim over and repeat for the back side of the rim. Then you can use 2 pry bars starting on the top side of the rim and remove tire. This is used for a trail fix if desperate
