After having built my house and living in it for more than 4 years now, the garage has become overrun with tools and JUNK ! We haven't been able to park both vehicles inside for the last 2 winters, hell last winter/spring I could barely fit the Jeep ! Something had to give, so after spring had sprung I decided to finally do something about it . This is where I started... Got to clearing out a bunch of stuff and moved everything that stayed to one side so I would have room to work... I moved all the trim and put the softtop on the Jeep, then painted the ceiling and walls in the back corner. That's where I ran out of primer and paint That's fine for now I had a bunch of birch plywood offcuts from work, so I brought them home, bought a couple full sheets and got to cutting them down and came up with these... Got the corner one stained then the boxes could get mounted on the wall... I assembled the other full height one and stained it, got the other smaller ones built and all installed Still have the last full height one to build for the other end, but it can wait for now. I want to get these ones done and get them filled up so I can get the other half of my shop back ! I have to get the faces cut and stained so I can mount he doors. I will load them up after the front faces are all on, then make the doors.

You can just bang out cabinets that look like that? Is that your job? Pretty nice.

Thanks . This didn't just happen over the last weekend though (as much as my wife wishes !). I have been picking away at it a few hours at a time since May. Cabinets (at least for the garage) are pretty simple to make. I am about $120 into what I have now, not including door hardware (hinges and knobs). Not getting fancy here either, knobs from Dollarama and a basic (cheap) cabinet hinge from home depot or Payzant's.

6ft 1 1/2in, square, without a sink cutout? I have my 4ft one already. well its a 36 wide, bar top cut on a 45, so you should be able to get a piece that size from it if you rip it down to 2 or 3 ft, the inner edge of the 45 gives 70' and the outer is 95" so if you were to cut it I am pretty sure you could make it work for the size you mentioned above, no sink hole as mentioned it was a bar top counter so no back slash on it its just a flat piece. if you ever out cole harbour way drop me a line stop in take a look no rush its sitting in the shed, I was going ot make counters but space is limited enough as is..lol..probably not going to happen.
