Though some of you that have or have had Dodge HD trucks might like to see the new suspension in them. First real redesign since 1994. Steering is like a JK, but very big. Tie rod is about 2" od. Shock no longer goes up through spring. It's got a leveling spacer in it. No more 4 link, radius arm like a Ford SD. 4 link back here though! And coils This is the truck, brought it out to my shop to spray bedliner along the bottom (couldn't contain the fumes doing a whole truck at Peck's). It's getting bushwacker flairs (that are coated too). Owner is on his way home from out west with custom bumpers and 35's to go on it. No chrome, all black, Cummins too (that got ARP head studs put in at the dealer). Pretty much fully optioned.

That must've been you I met heading out of town the other day, then. I noticed the truck and the green masking tape along the lower body lines...big rig already...it'll be quite the monster when it's done.

Wow the dealer put in ARP studs, they will not do that here in Freddy, I do quite a few. They want to do the factory bolts

I'll have to look again, but I think the steering stabilizer bracket bolts on to the tre with 2 bolts, and the 3rd is bolt going through the SS. It was waaaaay last week when I changed the SS. TRE is crimped into the tie rod like on a JK, same style adjuster on the other end too. He has a good relationship with the dealer, not sure if they would do the studs for anyone on a new truck (less than 100 KM!).

The lift/wheels/truck itself looks great, the bumpers are super nice.....but man I am not a fan of bedliner on bumpers and flares.
