I have to stay true to my roots. I'm looking at a set of Fun Country's for my 4x4 truck that doesn't get driven. They're a 285/70/17, I'm curious to know if DC's run big or small when it comes to measurements?

Hmmmm...just debating where I should move this thread, definitely not Jeep Tech, not even sure if its Mall Crawler related enough for off-topic, I suppose it could go in the Tools, Equipment and Garage since that's where the tires will be. Maybe if you were looking for tires for the Accent...or if you asked if they run too big to fit in the back of the Accent...tough decision.

Just ribbing you I figure I can since my Jeep has been off road and on road as much as your truck this winter. I did find a home for the thread, the one thing we can't deny is that its a truck.

The DC site says they are 33" (on an 8.5" rim), actual calculation comes out at 32.7" so, by that, they are pretty true to size.

yeah I've been researching and trying to find someone to actually measure one with the weight of a vehicle on them. So far no luck.

I hope you pairing them with a new set of DC2's

Just a kijiji deal. No dc2's I find they get too stretched looking when you go over a 16" rim

Those were my findings as well, my concern is that 32.7 turns into 31" in the real world

I think there is 1 DC tire kicking around at Peck's, not that size but I could see how close it is to the size it's supposed to be. Tracy has them on his Truck too, but they are about half worn now.

I have 315 75r 16 on my Dodge W250, they measure 33.25 tall. Happy with them, they are wearing well.
