Boards have been dead lol Sent from my SGH-I747M using proboards I've noticed that the NBJC forum hasn't had much traffic lately. Maybe internet forums are becoming obsolete. Or people are now going to Facebook to post their pics/videos and ask technical questions. IMO Facebook isn't the place to look for useful info. There's too many "drama queens" just looking for attention. I have an update on my Optima battery situation. After my Jeep Liberty sat in the driveway for a week or so the battery was dead, completely flat. I tried to charge it with a charger capable of charging AGM batteries but the voltage fell to five volts and the charger simply wouldn't recognize the battery. I returned the battery to Canadian Energy where I bought it from for them to charge and test it. They were able to charge it and verify its still good. Now I have to figure out why my Liberty is killing batteries. It's pulling 0.175 amps in standby. I'll start by pulling some fuses.

I bought my Yellow Top from Canadian Energy as well.. I always disconnect my power right at the battery, everytime I park the jeep. I left it in the jeep two winters now(I know that's not good) I've never had to put a charger on it yet..and it always starts my jeep no problem. Battery is now 2yrs old and I have had no issues with it, what so ever. I wouldn't have any problem with buying another Optima. Jason here at work bought one for his Race Truck, at the same time as mine, and haven't had any issues with his.
