Hey, wondering if anyone else has ever had the gas cap light come one in their jk? I've been told it could be caused by the Evap can, a seal between the canister and the sensor and a few other small things. What's likely to be most common?

I had a gascap light for a while that kepting coming off and on peridiocally... eventually I looked under my jeep and found a massive stick punched a hole clean into my evap can. I swapped the can out and the code went away.

I've heard that the seal on the gas cap can cause the problem too, although its probably your evap can.

I checked the can out no holes or damage, and everything else looks good. Another issue I think is related is im having a hard time putting fuel in it.. It clicks off like its full every 40 or 50 cents!? So It may be the canister

Do they have a vent line with the filler line, or does it all go through the canister now? Mine got water in it and froze before (older vehicle, so probably less emissions) and acted the same way until I got it thawed.
