Brute has been available in the US for a couple years, at least. Top Gear US did a show where one of the hosts drove one. Brute about sums it up. Point...skinny pedal.....reach destination.

The Brute is an aftermarket conversion, its not produced by Jeep. Some dealers will buy the Brute kit and make one for you, but it isn't factory produced.
This rumor is of a factory produced pickup.
