The Jamboree Committee is pleased to announce the trail selection for 2016:
Jeeping 101 will run the Black Rock Trail on day 2.
Trail Selection will consist of the following:
Johnsons Settlement
Half Moon
Tia's
Ghost Train
TBA (Surprise Trail)

From previous years:
Johnson's settlement: 2/3
Halfmoon 3/4
Tia's 2/3 can go up to 5 if muddy/lots of rigs
Ghost train 7

Black Rock (Jeeping 101) is Stock Friendly: a couple of steep inclines, a couple of water crossings, not overly tight, an off-camber spot, and a Teeter-Totter.
Johnsons and Halfmoon are both Stock Doable: some rock gardens, some mud, and water. Will need spotting for stock Jeeps and/or less experienced drivers.
Tia's is Stock Doable: very tight, risk of slight body damage or loss of small parts (mirrors, flares, etc.) Large ruts and mud, more extreme when wet.
Ghost Train is modified recommended: ROCK, 33s and rear locker or better suggested.

UPDATE!!!! Am happy to announce a couple of extra trails for this years Jamboree: Cranfields Revenge (9/10) AND The Ringer!!! (20/10)  *** hardcore rockcrawling, limited participants and vehicle specifications required*** Hope this will make everyone happy and add some extra adventure to this years Jamboree!!! |
