I have it on good authority that the front of the Comanche has risen "aggressively" with the addition of the new pieces. ;D
Here's an idea based on numbers...since I haven't seen it yet:
Matt's General Lee - fender lip measurement is 42" off the ground. My LFT (Little Farmer's Truck) has a fender flare sitting at roughly 37 1/2" right now...LMAO
OK, so it'll settle a bit after some running I'm sure - throw on a bumper and crap and it should remain respectable.
The goal had been to get the front end installed, get the Bilstien's on and see what kind of travel we were looking at - check for rubbing, etc.
...the truck is now getting new flex lines and calipers because even if the stock lines get moved...they still bottom out. This all leaves me to believe I may have a LFT with some decent wheel travel.
Tomorrow we'll see what goodies the Jeep Gods have in store for the rear end of this 16 year old relic...here's hoping the rest of the surgery goes smoothly.

None - me at work all day - truck in surgery all day...sorry.
I will, however, have pics post haste when she's back out in the daylight again!
Then we can all see what a wonderful job matt did painting whatever he could pry off the truck to hit with the pink spray bomb...LOL

Would be intersted in pics as well.. We're building up an MJ (89) right now as well.. new front end with long arms and SOA in the rear (new mains)... definately need extended brake lines & long travel shocks...
Keep her goin!.. what Bilsteins your running and their travel lenghts? Oh what size coils you put in? We put in 4.5" coils with 2" spacer to level it out with the SOA in the rear...

My Bilstiens are pretty. Aluminum...long...no idea what the travel is or the Product # - sorry. Front end has 4.5 inch springs - since the rear is factory, I'm guessing we'll need blocks (small ones) to get things level...it is, after all, only a D35 in the rear...LOL Shortly I'll need to look at re-arching my rears, or adding a leaf. Pics are beyond me until I see the thing - and untill I can drive it home, I'm not planning to be out there...LOL Catch-22 Though if anyone catches a pic of Matt with a pink finger, I'd appreciate it!
