Looks great! it's a shame to hide it in an engine bay. Maybe you should go commando and run with no fenders and hood! ;D

Last thing you wanna see is me running Commando! Got most of the engine buttoned up today. Waitng on a Coolant temperature sensor before I can start her up, hopefully it'll be in sometime before x-mas! Have most of the TBI and wiring installed. Just a bunch of little things left.

Haven't had much time to tinker with her, but managed to get her going today.
As of 12:20pm I am proud father of a running 360!
First thing Andre says " How much cam did you put in there?"
hehehe

I'd say post some video, but I couldn't watch it anyway . I'll just have to wait and see (hear) it in person.

Way to go Goatse! I'm months away from firing the Jeepster. I thnk I'm avoiding it actually, I crawled around it trying to find a place to bring the computer wiring through the firewall and ended up cutting the drivers side floor out to replace it. Paul

Just one leak that bothers me, oil leak at the rear of the engine. Probably the pan or main (grrr, that one really pissed me off. damn 4 peice pan gaskets. Main shouldn't leak as it was put together on the stand before the crank was in!). The Holley Pro Jection 2D kit was easy to install. Fuel pump and wiring harness was quite simple. I just took the extra time and did a nice job with the loom and routing. Also cleaned up the stock wiring harness under the hood while I was under there (read: 27 year old rats nest). Engine sounds amazing with just resonators on the dual exhaust. ;D A little lopey, but not crazy. Nice throttle response from the Holley kit. Have a lot of fine tuning to do the kit. She sounds VERY strong! Gotta get my temp guage working and probably swap out to a mechanical oil pressre guage. Still have to get the throttle and kickdown brackets modified to fit the TBI. Still have to modify my passenger side frame horn, needs a little plate and welding. All in all so far so good (crosses fingers .
