View AttachmentMental math tells me they are over the tow rating for a 4dr JK? (slow day) Jam looked awesome by the way. Yup. the weight of the jeep alone is probably over 3500lbs...toss in the weight of the trailer and you are over the recommended 3500lb limit..

I haven't, I thought they were already built and just needed finishing, but I priced up the metal for just a rear bumper and its between $130- $164 depending on whether I go steel or aluminium. Where did you get this price? Metals r us in burnside...I'm up to around $175 in metal atm.

Thanks to all involved inorganizing this. Taking the time out of your daily lives to go out, trail clear, plan, and all the headaches that go along with it all lol. I truly appreciate all the hard work that goes into this! See you next year at jam! The countdown is on.......

Replaced my front trac bar with an adjustable one so i can recenter my front axle...found three of the holes in the mounting brackets have oblonged. Have drill out new pieces to weld to the bracket but unfortunately the stock bolts will be too short. So off to transworld tomorrow for two new bolts that are 1/2 inch longer to accommodate the extra pieces of 3/16 that I will be welding in. Hopefully the 3/16 will make it less susceptible to wear. Sent from my SGH-I747M using proboards This is a common issue with the JKs, the track bar bolt to the axle bracket is actually something like 0.05" smaller in diamter than the hole... I swapped mine out with grade 8 hardware of the proper diamater Did that when I first bought it
