It gets mopped alot and an occasional steam bath (not by me). Work in my sock feet alot, hurts when I drop stuff on them though so there is a downside.

Steel, the angled part for the tre is 1 1/8 thick, same as a the arm on a Ford knuckle. I could thin the rest down some, but it doesn't hurt anything to leave it thick.

That was easy, took all but 5 minutes. I'm going to use the cats lazer vision to weld it together.

On a side note ,i asked about these axles for a ttb ,do they make them/ i couldn't find them on the site.

Oh, sorry I meant to get right back to you on that. They don't offer that specific application but I can order custom lengths and splines, Im guessing you want all 3 shafts? Not sure how much clearance you would have on the inboard joint but you need almost 4"
