Looks good, if you would have managed to put the chains on the outside instead, they might not be in the way while closing.

I replaced the cables on the tail gate of my S10 with chain. I slid a bicycle tire tube over the chain so it won't hurt the paint or make any noise. Works awesome

Thanks guys. Yeah, I suppose outside would have been better... I guess I just wanted them away from the taillights... and there's more to come for that area.
Good idea Roy... I was thinking some electrical shrink wrap... but dunno how stiff it would make the chain after.
They're removable, and I probably won't keep them on most of the time, so shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks Alan. There was alot of grinding, wire wheel, flapper, dust and seam sealer before the primer. In fact I think I clogged a relatively new set of respirator filters cleaning it up... my hair and everything in the garage was red when I was done. LOL
Oh, and a couple little details... the tiedown hook from the old gate, and hitch pin holders in front of the upper hinges for the pins that aren't in use at the time.
Edit; look at the window sill... it was like that everywhere!

I disagree with the change from the pink. But I completely agree with the awesomeness of this trailer.

LOL, tks. I kinda forgot about these... they'd developed a fair bit of surface rust with only about a year... though I do remember that I just rattle canned them and it's been my experience that rattle can just doens't last compared to brushing. So, flappered the rust off, prepped and primed.

I liked it in primer better Its the black. Primer hides everything....glossy black makes every bump and ripple jump out. Happens every time, and even worse in pics.

Funny thing is the inside is black and the outside is green. The only way you can tell in person is if you're on the window side.

This is what I built the trailer for;
There was only one of the four property lines open when I bought the property.
