Most of the beadlocks that people around here are two steel rings that sandwich the the outter bead of the tire to the rim.One ring is welded to the outer bead of the rim and the other is bolted on with bunch of bolts.32 bolt beadlocks are the most common. The anti-coning rings go in between the rings with the bead odf the tire. They help keep the outer ring from Coning in when you tightin the bolts. You don't need the anti-conings rings. www.tmrcustoms.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_16&products_id=475Rue

They look pretty simple. TMR makes some fancy ones, none for 20" wheeles though. I will look into that when i come home in may. Rue how wide is your buggy? The outsides of your tires.

I can make 20" beadlocks on the plasma table. They eat a lot of material, and there are a bazillion holes, so they aren't dirt cheap, but I can do 'em. I was just under the internet prices on plain 15" beadlocks, but you just can't get around the cost of steel. you could barely fit the 15" beadlocks on a 4x4 sheet (max capacity of my table). 20" would require more steel and a couple of setups. Do you have a hook-up for cheap steel? More info here: nsjc.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=fab&action=display&thread=35306now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

1/4", doesn't have to be super clean, just not scaley. (This info helps if you are scrounging)
I guess you'd need two 4'x4' sheets. Say a 24" window to cut each 20" ring. or 2'x4' for two rings, etc. you get the idea.
there wind up being 8 rings, 4 inner, 4 outer.
Steel prices move too much to say what a 4'x4' of new 1/4" steel would cost in May. Its readily avail in Burnside.

Im getting an antirock swaybar for the rear. The frame is 35" wide and im running 16" coilovers with four link. Im not sure what length bar and arms to get. The bars go from 36" up to 44" I would think I need more room than 1/2 " clearance. What lenth arms should i go with, they go from 17" 18" and 20". I think 20" would be the best. but im not sure if that would be stiff enough.

I would think that you would need a bar that is a couple inch's wider per side than your frame rails. You would pro ably be better off if you wait and get your suspension and coilovers mounted first before you order a sway bar. That way you'll have a better idea of the width that will work the best with your setup and not interfere with things. Think that I'd go with the longer arms, you can aways make the shorter,if need be. Nice pile of parts.. think that your going to need some good ear plugs with those headers...LOL Rue

Can't really tell in the pictures but is there much headroom? It looks kinda tight in there in the picture of the seats.

There should be. The body and that cage has been around for a long long time. I do belive it had plastic seats in it though. Those seats have a tall back on them.
