Hey, I kinda like the new mudflaps. Looks like an Iceland rig.
You job is in the line, I'm busy at work and have been sleeping all day this week. I'll get to it thru the weekend.

I like the look of the flaps, and the way you did the quick release. Do the flaps tie into the rear flare bolt or is the metal stiff enough that the quick release insert on the bumper is enough to hold it steady?
I'm going to comp cut my TJ this winter so your thread is great inspiration.

If you look at the non-painted pic you'll see where I welded a little brace that's held on with a wing nut just under the permanent fender. Thanks for the kind words everyone... and I look forward to it Jan!

Big G himself! should be back in the thread somewhere.
Legend has it, the RCMP were looking for him over a span of 4 days. They found him, bearded, exhausted and bent over rubber :-P . But they did turn out great!

Well it took a bit over a year, but I think I can call this thread done. The last finishing touch requires a big thanks to Creepy and Sandboxcowboy for their help. Here ya go; Creepy cut them out, Sandbox tiged the studs on the back, and I polished them... wich proved to be a real PITA... so I came up with a "holder"; I'm just going to have to grind down the stud to the nut so she don't fetch up
