Bondo or silicone?
One's a 90deg that I just want to fill and run my thumb across to have a nice snooth even corner.
The other's where plate meets pipe... if I were a better welder I'd just have to grind the weld flush and call it done, but that's not the case. I wanna fill where the weld didn't and make smooth.
Thoughts?

Brushable seam sealer made my floor welds look pretty good. Not sure how that'd work on your flares but it's paintable and isn't supposed to crack.

Fibreglass filler, made by marglass or bondo brand at CT, it's stronger than regular bodyfill but a little tougher to smooth.

I would use seam sealer. I think bondo or fibreglass may tend to vibrate out or crack. I some times use seam sealer on sheet metal welds and have never had a problem. For structual stuff I would grind the weld down and fix it up until your happy with the look.
