He shouldnt have any issues with the lift and tire size. Rough country is an entry level brand, and some of their products are known for not lasting as long as others. that said, the 2.5" lift is nothing more than new coil springs, and shock extenders, so there isnt anything much to go wrong there. If i were in his shoes, i would go that route. Good bang for the buck.

Call my dad and talk to him. Not sure if he wants to sell any, but it couldn't hurt to ask him. 902-824-0376

Presssed on bearings, and i believe pressed on retainer/collar. No c clips. You most likely will destroy the retainer in the removal process. Find new ones before starting the process. a slide hammer won't touch it. You will want a press, i have changed D44 bearingsand collars on a 20-tonne press easily.

It has been far too long since a coffee night. Let's plan for coffee this Wednesday night in Bridgetown, at 7:00pm. Summer is winding down, so hopefully folks can make a little time to get out and see some old faces

No damages for me, aside from discovering the splines in my rear driveshaft are almost gone, and i likely have a leaky intake manifold.
Did have a TJ friday on crusher who shewred a couple of d35 spider gear teeth. I turned it into a lincoln locker for him saturday morning.
Saturday a driver ripped a valve stem off on a root in Cranfields.

Well, so far before jam, i have torn a hole in the back of the frame of the YJ with a dozer blade while acting a fool in my yard, and finally diagnosed a bad O2 sensor that has been irritating me for 3 years. I also may have recently acquired a sticky front caliper..

Awesome. I have missed the big threads too. Looks like you have lots of time for reassembly before Jam.
