that's quite a build sheet you have there. there are a lot of ways to do this cheaper though.
The engine will be difficult to swap in, there will be alot of time and money invested JUST in making the new engine work with the JK. there are wayy too many electronics to deal with.
I know you could get away with a TH350 tranny with a kit. this will save you some coin probably, and still be strong enough, even with the 4.6L. The axles are going to cost you pretty much $10,000. why not buy a set of old 60's from a truck and pay out less than half of that to have them built properly?
one way or another, I'm psyched to see this come together. can't wait for some photos when it begins.

That's exactly why I am on this board!!! I need to find some ways to make this a bit more desirable to "she who must be obeyed" (just kidding ... sort of) Any ideas you have would be hugely appreciated.

Step #1 seems to be to get a 'Season's Pass' at Coveys

Use an AW4 trans from an XJ if you are using a 4.0 block. They can take the torque of the stroker.....and have overdrive. Any modern build should have overdrive if it sees street miles.

Too lazy to do the $$$ research but if someone else is doing the tech and fab work... $60,000 is my guess for parts and $10,000 for labour.
20,000 for the Jeep 10,000 for the axles. 10,000 for motor tranny and tcase 10,000 for armor/lift etc 5000 for the rims and tires 5000 for the winch and bumpers
