Now the dust has settled down on my side. Thank you to everyone of you, that put me in the position to receive this awesome award. It was an honour to be presented that award from Andre himself. I do not know on which Jeep I will put that winch, on the tan 96 grand or black 98 grand 5.9: Well for sure the tan 96 needs a new bumber now, so that could be the start. Thank you Marlene and Luc you were part of that too. Of course thank you to all the Jeepers

My rear tow hook, rear lights, the rear bumper and 1/2 the rear frame, and of course the front bumper. And all that is within the first 20' of the mud pit. I did not had the chance to look at anything else.

Just to let you know, in my opinion. The Patriot trail (the new one offered this year) is not as stock friendly as it sound. It is bumpy, rocky and it could be muddy if it rained. My Grand with 4" lift was struggling last weekend in that trail. The pumpkins were dragging a lot, specially in the last 2 + MKS.
I know some of you, might say it is not the jeep that is at fault but the driver.
We are running it again this weekend. Hence, we should have a better idea of what to expect.
Again, it is my opinion.

Is it last year or two years ago? There was a group that came from NB. They travel led a long way to come in and to enjoy our backyard playground. But the trail that they wanted was booked solid (may be I should use the term pre-booked). It was very disappointing for them.
I was the head trail guide for an alternative trail to them, but I was also booked solid. I opted to take them along. I ended with 26 Jeeps on my trail. Of course there were the mid and tail gunners also there were some experienced jeepers within the group.
We had a blast because the more the merrier. Again this year, I will be the leader. The Patriot is the new trail offered this year. I did not discussed with my mid and tail gunners. But our MOTO will be the same as used in the army "No one is left behind".
If we have 30 jeeps let it be, it just means that it will be a bit longer day so we can do it safe. If it takes 25 minutes to pass all the jeeps over an obstacle and some of you get bored I will entertain you.
See you soon, meanwhile sweet dream

Stewjgc, actually the fuel tank is been dropped this week end. I will be installing it in my 96 grand, I am trying to solve some issues. If the problem still there, it will mean the problem was not related to the fuel tank/sending unit, so you could have access to the one coming out of my 96.
