Maybe the best way is to hit 35s and call it quits? I have no experience with builds so this is all helpful:)

I was out with backcountry last weekend on hard and soft at night had a blast but i was kissing rocks the whole time and the water crossing were a little close for comfort. (Bottom of the headlights) I've been out a fair amount on my own finding trails and learning the hard way. I'm looking forward to this weekend, I plan to come out.

If the water was that deep, check your rear diff fluid, unless your vent line is nice and high. On my WK, the stock vent was only an 1" or 2" higher than the top of the rear differential.

Sounds good to me! I can remember a few spots that would be a little tricky the other way around.

I'm not sure where the breather tube is but I recall something about behind the wheel well liner. I'll have to go check.

Just checked the breathers are up in the wheel wells front and rear behind the liner for the diff breathers. So I should be fine?

Maybe dream a tiny bit more and toss a locker in it. But yeah, very reasonable, and that combo will run 95% of the trails.

Should I stick with the stock dana 30 front or could I maybe find a dana 44 off a rubi at coveys or something along those lines? I'm looking at getting a cb in the next little bit, any recommendations?

It's a good thing your going to be a doctor, because I think I just had a heart attack. Holy moly that is a crazy build list!!! There are show Jeeps at SEMA that don't have that many doo-dads.
I like your 10 year plan for your build, shows you put a lot of thought into this. I honestly don't think you'll have your rig in 10 years from now, to be honest with you, but I could be wrong. Priorities change, Jeeps get 'used up'. In 7 years from now when your 2007 Jeep is 13 years old and has 7 years of wheeling on it, and you're a surgeon pulling in $400K a year, you aren't going to want to put another $50 grand into EVO suspension with King coilovers, Prorocks, and a Hemi swap into that used-up piece of crap. You'll be onto your next project...
I would definitely move lockers and a D44 front housing further up on the priority list than you have them. Factory front D44 housings are hard to come by, I don't know of anyone who's come across one at a junkyard, but it's a possibility. Keep your eyes peeled, I guess. There is a guy here on the board who bit the bullet and bought a loaded Prorock 44 for the front of his, that might be an idea for a couple years from now. Scott linked to his build thread in an earlier post. "jk build up"
Good luck!
